To Be Decided/Determined (TBD) is a crime & business crew that operates out of Paleto Bay.
⸸BD Origins[]
A group of friends, Jenny Hall, Michael Simone, Nicholas Simone, Veronica Mars, Dahlia Fey, Manny Ramirez, Reggie Might and Mari McKay decided to pool their money to purchase a house in Paleto.
They were motivated by different aspirations but had similar views. While most of the group chose to stay together, Reggie and Mari decided to venture out on their own and parted ways. The remaining members decided to establish a crew. It wasn't long before several other individuals joined, with similar ideals on how groups should work and progress, not wanting to adopt the typical "gang gang" mentality.
Eventually, they were in need of a person to coordinate the house and give them goals, a direction. Jenny stepped into the leadership role, albeit reluctantly, when others wouldn't.
When it became apparent that these individuals were starting make themselves known, a name was needed. They couldn't come up with anything they liked, so they jokingly settled on the place holder of "TBD - To Be Decided/Determined" with the T being replaced by the Petrine Cross, which became the permanent name.
⸸BD House Rules[]
| 1. The House comes first. While we allow a lot of freedom within the group, if you are called upon for a job/task, you are expected to put the House first. |
| 2. OJ makes the majority of the immediate decisions. The House is still a democracy, major decisions are to be voted on by panel members, outcome needs to be unanimous. Minor decisions only require a majority. |
| 3. In this household we hate Swedes. |
| 4. The registered owner of the house will be the one who takes the fall in case of raids, etc. To minimize risk, we ask that all government equipment is kept outside of the property. |
| 5. The 2nd (MIDDLE) floor is STRICTLY off limits to anyone not on the panel, unless there is a justifiable need. (Speak to a Senior member of the House for clarification.) |
| 6. Vistors are restricted to the 1st (TOP) floor of the house, unless given permission by Senior Members. |
| 7. Individual rooms and room storages are strictly off limits to those who do not own them. However, OJ will access them to drop off money. |
| 8. The money crate inside the Laundry room should NOT be touched. There is a drop off money crate behind the couch. |
| 9. OJ will distribute money to the House as soon as they are able. Do not bug them about it. |
| 10. The House takes a 15% cut from the total of money washed. This is to cover the bills and resources. |
| 11. Do not change into crime outfits inside the house, leave and then change. Do not come directly back to the house after selling weed in the same outfit. This also goes for stolen cars, park them at the church across the street. |
| 12. There are cars in the shared parking for the House to utilitise. However, the car owners get priority for use, if awake. Cars are expected to be repaired with use. |
| These rules are not final, they are subject to change if OJ needs to make amendments. |

- The upside down T in ⸸BD is a reference to the "Tobii" Mask that the group uses.
- ⸸BD is also sometimes jokingly referred to as Terrorists Being Dramatic by some of its members.
- ⸸BD was one of first groups to hit the ammunition contracts.
- ⸸BD was one of first groups to unlock moonshine runs / advance in farming.
