Trivia and Miscellaneous Information[]

  • The Mayoral position was merely an authoritative nickname for Vivi and held no actual power; Siz came up with it on the spot when telling his first captured criminal Michael Harris who he was going to meet.
  • The HOA once claimed that the LSPD, BCSO, and SASP had no jurisdiction in Mirror Park.
  • Early on in the history of the HOA, Allen Widemann sponsored the group by purchasing a Declasse Granger for the association. Although it was barely ever used for group operations, instead seeing use as a personal vehicle of Denzel (the one who Siz said should maintain legal ownership of the vehicle).
  • Recognition of the HOA as a private security force for Payne Real Estate property in Mirror Park/Vinewood was initially only acknowledged by the upper echelons of the police force, with most lower-ranking officers outright stating that such actions are vigilantism and were therefore illegal.
  • Former Assistant Chief of Police, Olivia Copper (in addition to a judge) held interest in turning the HOA into a legitimate law enforcement branch that was authorized to make arrests. However, Siz was disinterested in learning the specifics required to legally make arrests, and believed the police were "stepping on his toes" in Mirror Park. Despite this belief, for a time Siz followed her instructions on how to legally detain suspects, and had turned in several criminals to the police. However, he later abandoned the idea entirely due to both: division within the PD on whether or not to legally recognize the HOA (causing most officers to release captured criminals brought to them [despite the HOA also providing video evidence of them committing their crime(s)]), and being warned by Copper about attempts by the Department of Justice to regulate the operations of the HOA by implementing strict restrictions on how they could apprehend criminals.
  • The HOA does not negotiate with terrorists.
  • The HOA was sued by a cadet of the LSPD (Lauren Forcer) over an incident that occurred due to her refusal to pay the $10 HOA fee. This case resulted in Siz Fulker and Kray-Tor Skullfondler being mandated to pay $2,500 each to Lauren Forcer, in addition to a $250 fee for damage to her car (however they both ignored this mandate and never paid Lauren any amount of money.)
  • Former BCSO Lieutenant turned Chief of Police Bobby Smith took a particularly strong stance against the HOA early on (despite not knowing that his daughter Zelda was High Command) and declared them to be an armed, hostile, and dangerous group.
  • "Just another day in the HOA" is a common quote uttered by members after doing things that would very much not be just another day for any normal civilian.
  • The HOA Repo team repossessed Zee Nanakaze's Grotti Brioso after calling her to the LifeInvader Office as a distraction.
  • On October 25th, 2019, the HOA Headquarters (in addition to Siz's personal residence) was raided by the PD. Siz was taken into custody, and all the illicit weapons and items that were found were confiscated. Siz alone was prosecuted for the possession charges that resulted from the raid ($26,000 in fines and 355 months in jail), despite the weapons and items belonging to a multitude of people under the shared property under Payne Realty.
  • The next raid on a shared HoA property wouldn't occur until 10/23/21, when the police raided their shared warehouse, storage locker, and the Mirror Park Tavern. This occurred after Kian and Lilith were gunned down by the Ballas right beside the HoA's warehouse as they (the Ballas) thought Kian and Lilith were CG members, who the Ballas were at war with at the time. This resulted in them robbing Kian and Lilith's belongings, but not their weed seeds. As this was occurring, cops swarmed the warehouse compound and they were all arrested. This prompted the scene lead, Jeffrey Bundy, to use the shooting as reason to pursue a raid on the HoA Warehouse, though the first raid warrant was denied by the DOJ, their resubmitted raid warrant (after Jesus disguised as a member of the Stable shot down Bundy gave them more probable cause) was signed. The following raid resulted in the forfeiture of 45lbs of penguin-2 meth, 200 grams of dried bud, six empty baggies, an Uzi stock, four high quality scales, and a stick of C4. This also resulted in a subsequent raid on the Tavern and their storage locker by Great Ocean, nothing was confiscated.
  • Historically, those determined to be performing particularly poorly within the ranks of the HOA/HoA (as determined by Siz) were mandated to wear a dunce cap at all times while on duty until they could convince Siz (or another specified superior officer) that they no longer deserved the shame of wearing the cap. This evolved into the current system, where an HOA Court case or Siz himself determines the specific punishment, which could be anything.
  • Prior to the end of Season 2, the HOA did not consider themselves to be a gang and instead thought of the group as another job. However, almost immediately after founding the DOJ declared that the HOA fell under the category of a "gang". The DOJ's reasoning behind this included: a lack of a business license for the organization and the copious amount of criminal activity by its members (consisting of various prominent gang members) regardless if said member(s) were on duty.
  • There were only four HOA Brawlers ever made in 2.0, all of which were purchased by the HOA. The only people that owned them were, Siz, Daryl, Fred, and Jesus. These vehicles were repossessed as a result of the 3.0 phone update and did not return until several months later (although with improved performance).
  • At the time of the HOA participating in one, only two groups in the city had successfully completed a jailbreak at Bolingbroke Penitentiary. HOA members Julio and Kleb were apart of the second group when they freed both Siz and "lifer" Marcus L. Jackson.
  • They mainly used radio channels; 512.0 & 215.0 and the channels were well known to a lot of outsiders in the state, including police officers, as the HOA always tended to use them. A lot of people pointed out that the radio channels look like they spell out SIZ/ZIS, it is unknown whether this was intentional or not. 215 is also the area code for the Philadelphia area. Denzel Williams originally suggested they use the 215 radio channel and is role-played by Jonthebroski who is from Philly. Ever since Doug left the group they switched to 533.2 (SEEZ). These publicly known radio channels were known internally as "trucker radio", a term coined by Kraytor when he was attempting to communicate on the public radio whilst police were listening in, he simply repeated the phrase "trucker radio" while attempting to disguise his voice with a heavy, stereotypical trucker accent. This was quickly picked up by the rest of the group and became their signature phrase for confirming whether their accomplices were alright during criminal activities using the public radio, as a lack of a response usually indicated that they were down/arrested. Nowadays the original form of "trucker-radio" is a relic of the past as the 3.0 phone update: made radios have a small limited range, left HoA without access to radios altogether for several months, significantly reduced the amount of heists the HOA did in general, and caused a general shift in attitude towards avoiding putting themselves at unneeded risk with the police. Although, by July the HoA were able to regularly acquire radios and returned to using 512 as their standard radio station (although they no longer publicly advertised this and after a few weeks began swapping over to many alternate frequencies after several arrests).
  • The HoA have acted as volunteer EMS and Police after the state had days where they had no on-duty EMS or Police. However, their time as a police volunteer was redacted and nobody besides them and two cops know about its existence.
  • On 8/25/21 Siz started the "It's fine" fine jar, where anyone in the HoA who said any version of the phrase, "It's fine" had to pay a $500 fee to a special bank account (which he opened to deposits several days afterwards). Siz implemented this in an effort to change the HoA's otherwise lax attitude towards risk after several repeated instances of poor planning. While an otherwise long lived phrase in the HoA, "It's fine" was chosen because of the HoA's tendency to utter it when questioned on the potential risk in whatever they were referring to, which had begun occurring in alarming frequency (and to their detriment) at the time of the fine's implementation. As an incentive to actually pay the fine, Siz stated that at the end of every month a lottery would be held for the funds accumulated in the jar. Despite this, members rarely enforced the fine among themselves, often forgetting or actively choosing not to in an effort to avoid the fine. The winner of the first, and thus far only pot was Daryl on 10/1/21, winning $108,000. With the overall goal of the jar having been achieved, it was promptly suspended pending the identification of a new problematic phrase/behavior.
    • This occurred in the middle of November 2021 when Siz began noticing that HoA members were often unprepared for critical tasks. A significant example was showing up to shootouts/dangerous situations missing weapons or ammo. As a result he reopened the fine jar, instituting a $500 fee for whenever anyone said, "I don't have..." or showed up to a situation missing otherwise critical equipment. Although it was never enforced and eventually the problem was resolved on its own.
  • Five HoA members participated in the Squid Games on 10/29/21: Siz Fulker, Andi Jones, Julio Thomas, Jesus A. L. Contreras, and Miguel Almerion.
  • On 1/17/22, William Gunner made a deal with Siz that allowed him to have orgies in the Mirror Park Lake on Thursdays. Siz made this deal in an attempt to stop pursuing police officers from ramming him while there was an active car bomb in the vehicle he was driving.
  • The HoA has a distinct dialect dubbed the Mirror Park Accent. Many catchphrases such as "YOMM" (from Julio) and "Hwat (from DRL) have been incorporated into the accent. It can be described as enunciating certain parts a the sentence, similar to Julio's old voice. It is said that if you hang around Mirror Park or with the HoA for an extended amount of time, you will pick up this accent.
  • The HoA were the second group to successfully rob the Diamond Casino and Resort, doing so on 2/22/22.
  • The HoA were the first group to successfully rob the Diamond Casino and Resort of all its riches, doing so on 2/25/22. They made away with $5.2 million in cash.
  • Since the 3.0 update most of the non-high command members of the HoA/HOB have had difficulty maintaining a basic level of preparedness (whether that is being ready for a heist in a timely manner or simply being armed and ready for unexpected combat). This is such a persistent issue that an entire sub-division was created in an attempt to tackle it (see "HOAcademy" in the "Current Divisions" section under the "Overview" tab for further info), with little success.
  • Since late 2020 the HoA has regularly shot down each other for various reasons, with this behavior becoming especially common by 2022. The overwhelming majority of these shootings were done for simple entertainment, with the most common form of this being "tsunami shenanigans". These shenanigans were mass shootings that erupted between HoA members during the final minutes before the 2:00 AM EST tsunami (and it eventually attracted outsiders who came to Mirror Park just to participate in these shootings). Beside these "tsunami shenanigans", the second most common source of these intra-gang shootings originate from Siz himself, where he shoots down his subordinates to express anger or entertain himself (with the latter occurring most often towards Stanley Wilkinson, who by mid 2022 was shot down by Siz nearly every day they interacted). As a result of the HoA's unique group dynamic and the frequency that these shootings have occurred, they're taken far less seriously than they'd be in nearly every other group in the state (with the victims' most common reaction to these shootings being positive in some way or at worst indifferent).
  • In late October of 2022, Siz tasked the male members of the HoA to seduce women for him in hopes of getting a date. He did this to entertain himself as at the time he was completely restricted from committing overt crime because of the bail conditions he was under.
    • After Rod Long got feelings for Aubrey Adams (a women he was seducing for Siz), as punishment for "stealing her" on 11/5/22 he was kidnapped and forced to put on a chastity belt by Siz (of which was ironically made by Aubrey) until she officially decided who she was interested in.
  • The group has had three separate members that have been known as "Fred": Frederick Bodini, Freddy Fastfingers, and Frederick Dutton with the latter two being active in the group at the same time.
  • Since 11/23/22 Siz made the group abstain from utilizing the jailtime deduction one can get from their time spent in police custody.
